What does residential tower cleaning cover?
A residential tower differs from a low-rise building in one important way: movement through it is constant and unbroken. The lift opens and closes on every floor, corridors handle residents, visitors and delivery workers, and the fine dust enters with every door that opens, settling on marble floors, walls and the glass panels of the ground-floor lobby.
Call or WhatsApp us, tell us your district, the number of floors and what you notice in the shared areas, and we agree a time with you. We carry out residential tower cleaning and leave you a building where the difference is clear the moment you walk in.
These are the spaces and surfaces the cleaning goes through in the tower, depending on its condition and what you notice in its shared facilities.
- Ground-floor lobby and entrance
We clean the lobby floor whether it is marble or ceramic tile, and wipe down walls, columns and interior glass panels, since this is the first thing every person entering the tower sees.
- Corridors on every floor
Each floor's corridor collects shoe dust, bag marks and moisture trails from flat doors. We work on the floor surface, walls and suspended ceiling tiles throughout.
- Lift interior
The lift floor, stainless steel or mirrored walls and sliding doors receive repeated touches throughout the day. We remove dirt, fingerprints and marks from all of them.
- Stairwells and stairs
Service stairwells and internal stairs are often overlooked yet they accumulate dust and grime on the steps, handrails and adjoining walls. We clean them as part of the tower.
- Refuse room and storage
The refuse room and shared storage areas collect embedded grime and odours that need separate attention. We agree with you on including them when you call.
- Rooftop and plant areas
The tower rooftop collects sand, bird residue and grime around central AC plant. We include it in the overall residential tower cleaning plan.

Questions about Residential tower cleaning
When does a residential tower need a full clean of its shared spaces?
Clear signs include corridor floors leaving marks on shoes, lift walls covered in fingerprints, the lobby marble losing its sheen, and dust piling on stair treads. These all point to the routine daily cleaning no longer being enough on its own.
What should I prepare in the tower before the full cleaning day?
Notify residents in advance so they avoid moving heavy items on that day, and make sure access to the rooftop plant room, the refuse store and any locked area you want included is arranged. If the lift needs a brief shutdown at any point, we agree that when setting the time.
The lift floor has scratches on it, will cleaning remove them?
Cleaning removes accumulated dirt, stains and fingerprints from the floor or stainless steel wall surface, but deep scratches in steel or marble need a different treatment such as sanding or polishing. When you call, describe what you see and we agree what suits the lift's condition.
Does cleaning a thirty-storey tower differ from a ten-storey one?
Yes, the overall size, number of floors, number of lifts and length of corridors all affect the scope and detail of the work. That is why we ask you about these points when you call, before we agree on anything.
A corridor on one floor has damp patches on the wall, does the cleaning cover that?
Cleaning addresses surface dirt, dust and stains on corridor walls. Damp patches caused by a leak inside the wall need the wall itself treated first. Tell us what you see when you call so we can clarify what falls within the cleaning scope and what may need separate maintenance.
