What does tent cleaning cover?
Tent fabric absorbs smoke, incense and food smells, and it collects the fine dust that winds carry in. Stains work into the weave quickly, and summer heat sets them into the fibres faster still. Cleaning the tent soon after the event is the reliable way to keep the fabric clear.
Call or message us on WhatsApp with the district, the rough size of the tent, and what you notice on it, such as stains, smells or tears. We agree a time that works for you and take care of the rest.
These are the parts the cleaning covers in an event tent, depending on its condition and what you notice after the event ends.
- Wall and ceiling panels
We remove dust, stains and smoke and incense residue from the tent fabric, which traps fine particles between its fibres.
- Poles and metal frames
We wipe poles and beams clear of dust and marks, as metal left air collects dust that darkens the surface.
- Flooring and carpet
We sweep and vacuum the laid flooring and clean food and drink stains from the carpet, where dirt settles during the event.
- Interior furnishings
We tend to the sofas, cushions and interior drapes that carry smells and marks after a night of use.
- Tent entrance and surrounding area
We clean the entrance and the walkways where footfall and dust concentrate, as these are the first thing a visitor sees.
- Anchor lines and fittings
We wipe anchor lines and external fittings before folding or storage, which makes the tent easier to pitch again later.

We work and you check after
We start with the fabric, then the flooring and furnishings. When we finish, check the fabric panels and carpet in good light to confirm that stains and smells are gone.

Questions about Tent cleaning
How do I know the tent needs cleaning and not just airing out?
Airing reduces smell but does not lift stains or dust settled into the fabric. If you see food or drink marks, notice darkening on the lower panels, or smell lingering incense after airing, the tent needs real cleaning.
Can the tent be cleaned while it is still pitched?
Yes, and that usually makes it easier to work on the fabric and flooring. If the tent has already been folded, we agree the right approach with you when you call and explain the situation.
What affects how much work the tent cleaning takes?
The tent's size, fabric type and how heavily it was used all make a difference. A tent used for a large banquet with incense takes more work than one used for a short gathering, which is why we ask about usage when you call.
What should I do with the furniture inside the tent before you arrive?
Move out anything that does not need cleaning to free up the space, but leave the sofas, cushions and drapes you want cleaned in place. If anything is valuable or delicate, mention it when you call.
The tent was used in the summer heat; does that make cleaning harder?
Heat sets stains into fabric fibres faster than cooler weather, especially sweet drink marks. The sooner you request tent cleaning after the event, the easier the marks are to clear.
