How do I know the cleaning is complete after each visit?
After each visit, walk through the floors, corridors, desk surfaces and washrooms and check they have been cleaned. Corridors and washrooms show the difference most quickly, and if you notice anything you tell us before the next visit so we can adjust.
What affects the contract details and its price?
It depends on the size of the premises, the number of floors, the areas included, how often visits happen and the nature of the work. An office that receives clients daily differs from a warehouse. We agree the details after you describe your premises to us.
Can the offices be cleaned while staff are working?
Shared areas such as corridors, washrooms and entrances can be cleaned while staff are present, but inside offices it is better to set a time that does not clash with work, such as early morning or after the shift ends. We agree this when we build the schedule.
