Questions about Water tank cleaning
There is sediment at my tap; is the tank the cause?
In most cases yes. Fine sediment gathers on the floor of the ground tank or the rooftop tank over time and is carried with the water to taps and filters. Cracked concrete or dust entering through a loose lid is often the source. Scrubbing the walls and floor of the tank removes this build-up.
My water smell has changed; do I need tank washing or something else?
A change in smell calls for checking the tank first. A film or accumulated dirt on the walls and floor is a common source, and tank washing clears it. If water tank disinfection is also needed, that is a separate service you can agree on when you call.
How do I know which of my two tanks needs cleaning?
