What does spray sanitizing cover?
the dust and summer heat mean surfaces pick up dirt and bacteria faster than in cooler climates. Ordinary cleaning removes what the eye can see, but porous surfaces such as plastered walls, timber and stone floors hold what a cloth cannot reach, especially in corners, under furniture and in the grain of the wall.
Tell us what brought you to this, which district you are in, and the size of the space, and we agree a time with you. Call or message us on WhatsApp and we will take care of the rest.
These are the surfaces and areas the spray goes over, depending on the type of space, its condition and the reason for sanitizing.
- Walls and ceilings
Painted walls and plaster absorb moisture and hold particles a cloth cannot dislodge; the spray reaches into their surface more effectively than wiping by hand.
- Floors and skirting
Marble, porcelain and timber floors are sprayed fully, including the skirting lines and corners that a mop rarely reaches cleanly.
- Hard furniture and joinery
Table tops, chairs, wooden shelves and doors are sprayed and wiped; timber holds moisture and particles in its small cracks.
- High-touch points
Switches, door handles, railings, remote controls and kitchen surfaces get careful attention because they transfer bacteria most often.
- Bathrooms and kitchens
Tiles, basins and ceramic in bathrooms and kitchens trap moisture and cleaning residue; every wet surface is sprayed.
- Corners and under furniture
Corners and the space under sofas, beds and kitchen cabinets are the most overlooked in ordinary cleaning and are exactly what spray sanitizing targets.

Questions about Spray sanitizing
How do I know spray sanitizing is what I need rather than another type?
Spray sanitizing suits you when you want to cover a wide area or many surfaces at once, such as after a health event, before moving into a new space, or for routine sanitizing of a restaurant or office. If the issue is airborne, ozone or UV air sanitizing may be more suitable; this is something we go through with you when you call so we can agree the right approach.
What should I prepare before the team arrives for spray sanitizing?
Clear surfaces of food, medicines and personal items, and move pets out. If the space is a kitchen or bathroom, remove all food products. The space needs time to dry after spraying before it is used again; the details are agreed when we set the appointment.
What should I expect after spray sanitizing and what do I check afterwards?
Once dry, surfaces should look clean and even with no patches or white residue. Check that all corners and large surfaces were covered, and that no unusual smell remains after ventilating the space. If you notice an untreated patch, let us know before we leave.
What changes the scope of spray sanitizing from one place to another?
The total floor area affects the work most, then the type of surfaces involved; porous walls and timber are different from glazed tiles and metal. The number of rooms, the complexity of the layout and whether the space is occupied or empty all affect the scope, and these are discussed when you call.
Can sensitive surfaces like timber and fabric be damaged by the spray?
Timber and painted surfaces can be affected by excess moisture if left wet, so the application and drying are managed carefully. Thick fabric and upholstery are treated differently from hard surfaces; this is something you tell us about when you describe the space so we can prepare the right approach.
