What does glass facade cleaning cover?
A glass facade faces the fine dust every day. The dust sticks to the surface and the summer heat presses it into a near-permanent grey film. Irrigation water adds calcium and salt deposits across the panels, while dirt gathers at frames and joints where the rare rain never reaches.
We start by finding out the glass type, the number of floors and the kind of marks you have noticed. Then we agree a time and the right access method. Call or WhatsApp us, tell us your district and building type, and we handle the rest.
These are the parts the cleaning goes through on a glass facade, depending on the condition of the panels and what you notice on them.
- Outer glass panels
We remove the layer of caked dust and hard-water marks from each panel surface, because that layer blocks the transparency and makes the glass look dull even in daylight.
- Metal frames
Dirt builds up on the aluminium or stainless steel surface where the frame meets the glass, and we clean it without scratching the frame or the sealing rubber.
- Joints and silicone seals
Dust and mould settle in the silicone gaps between panels where surface washing cannot reach easily, and we clean them without disturbing the sealant.
- Calcium and salt deposits
Irrigation water leaves white calcium and mineral salt spots on the glass, harder to shift than plain dust and needing a different approach from a plain surface wash.
- Panel corners and edges
Dirt collects in corners and along edges more than in the centre, and these are the spots that catch the eye after cleaning if they are left untouched.
- Inner face of facade glass
In some buildings the inner face gathers dust and fingerprints, and when we agree the job we confirm whether cleaning both sides is within the scope of the work.
Four steps, and done
- 1
Call or message us on WhatsApp
+966 54 084 3018 - 2
Tell us about your facade
Tell us the building type, the number of floors, whether you see white spots or caked dust, and which district the facade is in.
- 3
We agree on time and access
We settle on a time and the right access method for the upper floors, and you make sure windows and doors beside the facade are closed on the day.
- 4
We work and you check
We clean the panels, frames and joints, then you look at the glass from different angles to check the main marks are gone and the transparency is back.

Questions about Glass facade cleaning
How do I know the glass facade needs cleaning and not just rain?
Rain is too infrequent to dissolve the dust film that heat presses onto the glass. If the glass looks grey in daylight, or you notice white spots that do not clear with water, the surface needs manual cleaning, not waiting.
Where do the white spots on the glass come from, and can they be removed?
White spots are calcium and mineral salt deposits left by irrigation water as it evaporates on the surface. Treating them differs from washing plain dust, and how well they come off depends on how long they have been there and how thick the layer is. Tell us what you see when you call.
Is cleaning glass on upper floors different from ground-floor glass?
Glass on upper floors needs the right access method, whether a lift or a drone, depending on the building height, and dust builds up differently at height because of wind direction. Tell us the number of floors when you call and we agree the right method.
Should I close nearby windows before outside glass cleaning?
Yes, it helps to close windows and doors next to the facade on the day to keep moisture out. If the inside face is included too, we agree that beforehand and you move anything sitting directly against the glass on the inside.
Common mistake: should I wipe the glass with a dry cloth to remove dust first?
Wiping glass with a dry cloth scratches the surface because the fine dust particles act like sandpaper when dragged across glass dry. The right approach starts with wetting the surface before any contact, which is why facade glass is never wiped dry first.
