What does villa facade cleaning cover?
A villa facade is rarely made of one material. On the same building you find natural or artificial stone, exterior paint, plaster or cement cornices and mouldings, window frames, iron railings and often a name plaque. The fine dust works into the hollows of the mouldings and sticks to the porous paint surface, while salt deposits build up on stone through each cycle of summer heat and winter cool.
We start by asking what you notice in your villa facade and where it is in the city, then we agree a time that suits you. We clean each surface in the way that suits its material and we follow the mouldings and edges where dust tends to gather. Call or message us on WhatsApp, tell us your district and what you see, and we take care of the rest.
These are the surfaces and parts the cleaning goes through in a villa facade, depending on the material and condition of each one.
- Exterior paint
Porous paint absorbs fine dust and stains with salts, and we lift the outer layer gently so the colour becomes even again without scratching the surface.
- Natural and artificial stone
Stone on a villa differs in density from commercial building stone, and we address ingrained dirt and salt stains in its pores in a way that suits its type.
- Cornices and mouldings
Plaster or cement mouldings trap dust in their recesses and darken with time, and we follow them piece by piece to remove what has built up in their depths.
- Window frames from outside
Frames around windows collect marks from sand-laden wind, and we clean them from outside and check the glass edges beside them.
- Iron railings and gate
External ironwork carries a layer of sticky dust and grime, and rust begins at joints if left long enough, so we clean the surface and remove what is caught between the bars.
- Villa name plaque
The name plaque stands out from the facade and receives dust and salts directly, and we clean it with what suits its material whether stone, metal or plastic.

Questions about Villa facade cleaning
How do I know my villa facade needs cleaning rather than repainting?
If the original colour is still visible under dust and surface staining, cleaning is usually enough. If the paint is cracking or flaking, that is beyond what cleaning can fix. Call us and describe what you see and we can help you tell the difference.
Dust in the cornices and mouldings does not come off with a hose, how do you deal with it?
Plaster and cement mouldings have deep recesses where dust bonds over time and water alone does not shift it. This requires following each recess individually with tools suited to the surface shape, which is what we do for every corner of the moulding.
What should I prepare before you start cleaning the villa facade?
Close windows facing the facade from inside so no water enters. Move cars from in front of the entrance, and let us know in advance if the facade has high sections that need special access.
The iron railings of my villa have light rust starting, do you remove it during cleaning?
Iron cleaning covers removing dust, sticky grime and light surface rust. Deep rust that has eaten into the metal needs specialist treatment beyond cleaning. Tell us the condition of the railings when you call and we agree on what suits them.
My villa has dark exterior paint, will the difference be visible after cleaning?
Dark paint shows dust and white salt stains more than light paint, so the difference after cleaning is often noticeable. The result depends on the paint condition and depth of staining, which we assess from your description when you call.
